2014 / In 1902, Dušan Jurkovič (1868-1947) slovak architect and artist, made a design to convert a former mill into a spa house with accommodation and spa treatment facilities. Jurkovič house is an important historical building and represents a rare example of folk architecture with decorative principles of Art Nouveau movement in Czech Republic. Commissioned by Luhačovice, the project later on resulted in a book.
